BCT is one of the few municipalities in the Chicagoland area to own and operate a fully equipped mobile production unit for onsite video productions and cablecasting. The unit is complete with a video switcher, remote camera controllers, waveform monitor, vector scope, DV and S-VHS recorders, sound mixer, CD and audiotape players, graphics computer, and other essential components.
